Mauricare has been at the service of the community working with all relevant agencies in the provision of care to the elderly. We ensure that Residents are provided with care to meet their individual needs and are comfortable in a “Home from Home” environment. We offer our residents the opportunity to enhance their quality of life. Mauricare provides a group living accommodation which is SAFE, CARING and HOMELY whilst preserving our residents' DIGNITY, RESPECT, HAPPINESS, IDENTITY and MAINTAINING A THERAPEUTIC ENVIRONMENT - (Physically, Psychologically and Socially.)

We are commited to fostering close relationships with residents and other associated professionals. We strive to meet the expectations of all involved for the wellbeing of our residents. Our personnel are provided with training to assure their understanding of our residents need. They are given access to quality management system that have been established by our board and are subject to regular management review to guarantee continuing suitability, efficiency and effectiveness. Our policy is communicated throughout mauricare along with the importance of meeting statutory and regulatory requirements.

Patricia Hewitt, local MP visited Mauricare this Christmas (2007).

We were delighted to have Mrs Hewitt with us for the annual lighting of the decoration for Christmas (2007).  Her visit was much welcomed by all residents, relatives and staff.
